Today is officially 5 days from our wedding. It’s funny how a day you’re looking forward to can seem to take forever in coming, and at the same time feel like it’s suddenly here!

So wedding stuff is basically all we’ve been up to lately (as you’ll see below). We’ve had fun celebrating with friends and family the last month or so. We’ve done a lot of DIY projects- and there are still a few more DIY’s to D. We picked up our marriage license, and are deep into planning the ceremony and most of all our VOWS! Every once in a while I’ll get nervous thinking about everything that needs to get done, and what it all means.

It would be so easy to get caught up in all these details, the logistics, and the huge to-do list and miss the big picture. This time next week, I’ll be married to the man I love, and celebrating with my closest friends and family.

August 16th can’t come soon enough 🙂
